There’s nothing like a
Yeowarra Christmas tree

High density,
bushy foliage

Long lasting

Rich, green

From seed to home

We take the utmost care with our trees because
they deserve it, and it shows.

1. Pollination

Individual pine cones are hand-pollinated in
specific seed orchards using genetically-
selected parent trees.

6. Harvest

Our trees find their new homes. Their
journey from harvest to home takes no
longer than 36 hours, anywhere in Australia.

7. Return

After Christmas, the trees we collect are
returned to the farm and turned into mulch.

Seed
2. Seed

The seed is harvested, dried and then frozen
to simulate a winter hibernation period.

3. Germination

The delicate seeds are planted into potting
trays with local soil and high mineral content
potting mix.

4. Planting

Once the seedlings reach a certain height,
they are planted into ground that has been
prepared for them earlier.

5. Pruning

Once the trees are established, our master
pruners undertake pruning by hand.
